I believe most of the heaviness that we experience as stress in the body comes from shame and unexpressed emotion. Through sensual touch, deep breathing, sound, and body to body contact, we create an unconditionally loving space where the nervous system can soften, the mind can slow down and the body can release. This makes room for more pleasure. My offering is designed to support greater ease, connection, pleasure, and freedom in the body.
