Need a break from the grind? Tired of the humdrum, the predictable, the same routine playing on repeat? Maybe you just need a little distraction…the kind you weren’t planning on. I’m Edie- your sweet, slightly mischievous neighbor who somehow always ends up being a little more trouble than expected. A neuro-spicy art student turned creative entrepreneur, professional frolicker, and firm believer that life is better when it’s a little playful…and just a tiny bit dangerous. I’m in my 30s, which I’ve found is a very nice place to be…I know who I am, I’m comfortable in my own skin, and I don’t take myself too seriously. You won’t find anything overly polished or high-maintenance here- I’m much more about enjoying the moment than performing it. I have a soft spot for dad jokes, terrible puns, and making people laugh when they least expect it. But don’t let that fool you- I know exactly what I’m doing. My friends say I radiate joy…which is a cute way of saying I get excited over everything. A warm cinnamon roll? Weakness. Sunlight hitting just right? I’ll stop you mid-sentence to point it out. I notice things. Little things. The kind other people miss. And people, too. I love when things feel easy. Whether we’re deep in conversation, sharing something unexpectedly personal, or just enjoying the moment without overthinking it…it’s that natural connection that makes everything better. (For the record, I’ve made it to 18 countries this year…I travel well, and I’m even better company.) But I’m just as happy curled up somewhere cozy, where things slow down a bit…where the energy shifts, the conversation softens, and there’s that quiet moment where you realize you don’t really want to leave. I’m curious about everything- the world, the way people think, what makes someone tick. And yes…that includes you. So tell me something interesting. Or don’t. I’m pretty good at finding out anyway ;)
