A former Software Engineer and workaholic, I did the whole career path thing. You've probably run my code, and I'm proud of what I accomplished. But I never was a corporate fit. I struggled with burnout and anxiety, and yearned for so much more connection, relaxation, and play in my life! So I left tech to search for my soul, and I've never looked back. Since then I've explored what brings me joy, from yoga, massage, and meditation, to tantra, somatics, and intimacy coaching. Dance has become my greatest passion, with a focus on improvisational and therapeutic movement, and I now dance at a semi-professional level. I've become a bit of a health and fitness nerd as well, as reflected in my beautifully toned (and delightfully flexible) dancer's body.
