I love sharing practices that bring us into deeper awareness, connection, and pleasure. Depending on what you’re drawn to, that might look like playful conversation, present-moment relational awareness, tuning into your internal landscape, or whatever else we decide to co-create. I also love giving and receiving touch. There’s a quiet magic in slowing down, becoming fully present through bodywork, and letting the physical body speak its own language.
